Some of the most important corporate events do not happen in convention centers. They happen outdoors, on remote sites, in spaces that were never designed for production. The pain point is that most production companies cannot deliver broadcast-quality work outside a controlled venue. The audio is inconsistent. The video feeds are unstable. The crew is improvising because they do not have the right gear for the environment. MMPAV has been deploying mobile broadcast systems for 25 years. We started doing this work before reliable wireless transmission existed, which taught us to build redundancy into every system. Now we use bonded cellular, satellite uplink, and fiber connectivity depending on the location, but the principle has not changed. The mobile unit is self-contained, the crew is experienced in field production, and the output quality matches what you would get from a permanent facility.

    Self-contained systems with cameras, switchers, audio, and transmission equipment. Everything needed for a professional broadcast, packed and portable. We use the latest compact broadcast gear because older mobile units were too large to deploy quickly in tight locations.

    Mobile units are designed for speed. Arrive, set up, and go live in hours. The location is not the limiting factor. Our crews have deployed in parking lots, mountaintops, and urban rooftops. The environment changes. The capability does not.

    Professional crews with replay capability, live graphics, and real-time direction. The output looks like it was produced in a permanent facility. Clients who return tell us this is the differentiator, because their previous mobile broadcasts looked amateurish.

    Satellite, bonded cellular, and fiber options give us reliable connectivity in environments where standard internet cannot be counted on. We test transmission paths before event day because finding out the connection does not work when you go live is not acceptable.

How it works

Deploying mobile broadcast in the field requires more planning than people expect. This is how we make it look effortless on event day.

I. Location and scope assessment

We survey the site, evaluate connectivity, and determine the best mobile configuration for your specific environment and needs.

II. System configuration

Cameras, audio, transmission, and production equipment are selected and configured for your event before we ever leave the facility.

III. Pre-event testing

Full gear checks and connectivity tests are completed in advance. We do not discover problems on site.

IV. On-site production

Crew deploys, sets up, and operates live switching and transmission. The production runs smoothly from the moment we arrive.

V. Wrap and content delivery

Clean strike and prompt delivery of raw or edited footage to your team.
