Yes. We work across all of Orange County and Los Angeles County from our Irvine base, with a standard production range of about 50 miles. We regularly produce events in San Diego and the Inland Empire as well; just ask.
Yes. We deploy full production rigs at convention-scale venues: wide LED walls, line-array audio, multi-camera video, and our licensed private network for connectivity across large halls. Larger footprints benefit from earlier planning, so reach out well ahead of the date.
Corporate conferences, leadership summits, product launches, galas, awards ceremonies, board retreats, and annual meetings. We scale the same one-crew discipline from a 40-person boardroom to a multi-thousand-seat general session.
For standard corporate events, 4 to 8 weeks is comfortable. For large conference productions at convention-center venues, 3 to 6 months gives us time for a proper site survey. We can often move faster when a date is tight.
